The third volume of the Persian translation of the book “Fiqh al-Muyassar” has been published

According to Hawzah News Agency, the third part of the Persian translation of “al-Muyassar fi Fiqh al-Imamiyyah”, previously published in two volumes under the title “Fiqh al-Muyassar” [Easy Jurisprudence], is now available to those interested in jurisprudential studies. 

This new volume covers topics on personal status and judicial rulings. According to Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Abdolhoseyn Abyavi, a scholar of religious sciences and the translator of Fiqh al-Muyassar, it includes discussions on matters such as marriage, spousal rights, maḥārim (those one cannot marry), guardianship laws, divorce, wills, inheritance, and others. It also addresses certain new issues, such as surrogacy. 

It is noteworthy that Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Shaykh Akram al-Ka‘bi, the author of the book, is considered one of the prominent commanders of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq. He studied religious sciences in the seminaries of Najaf and Qom, where he completed advanced levels under distinguished teachers. 

In his jurisprudential research, he has focused on issues where nine major religious authorities — Ayatollahs Khomeini, Khoei, Khamenei, Sadr, Sistani, Hashemi-Shahroudi, Haeri, Safi-Golpaygani, and Makarem-Shirazi — have issued precautionary fatwas, and, where appropriate, he has offered readers a path consistent with precaution. 

It should be noted that the Persian translation of the three-volume collection Fiqh al-Muyassar has been published by Bustan-e Ketab Publications in octavo format with a hardcover binding.
